How US print more money? Selling future inflations, control the world and force the world to use USD in trading and currency.

What the fuck are these fuckers did? Are there not any single little bit of consciousness left in them? Or perhaps they know of the truth so much. The truth that the word "money" is contemporary and is a illusion created to blind every single ordinary joneses.

Seriously! I felt enlighten after reading posts in moneymasters. It explains the nature of money and what is money. It enlighten me in the sense why a currency maybe not be as valuable as what we think it is. Go on and read it.

Back to the posts, what i hate the most reading some articles recently are these bankers in States, namely execs in Merrill Lynch got those fat fucking huge bonuses despite the whole world is collapsing due to economic crisis. Read here.

Fuck! Peter Kraus started in mid-sept to work as executive vice president in Merrill Lynch and resigned just before Dec during the Bank of America take over. He got a bonus of USD29,400,000 for work of just 3 months in Merrill Lynch. Thats an average of USD294,000 a day of work. Read here.

And these financial institutions still have the guts to ask government for more money and bailout. Public money to be exact, those taxes that an average American pays to the government. YES! Those are the money that are to be given to save the financial institutions, while their fucking VPs get their fat bonuses. Windfall IMHO. Not bonus.

I am feeling rather shitty right now, stuck at work in my new cubicle at a different corner of my office floor. Not that i mind of my work, which is heavy and stressful. I was given a whole lot of responsibilities and task at hand to complete it.

I am a perfectionist and sort of 50% details person. I would like to do my job to the very best and make a good results of out it. Its the result of perfect craftmanship, so to speak. Gawd!

But, what the hell? Do some people who works and deliver shits and cares nothing in the content of their shitty report? Don't they freaking understand the meaning of do your best? And still dares to ask of pay rise and job security with these shitty job output?

Gawd! Piss me off! What do you do with these people?

1. Ignorance is bliss!
2. Stand straight at them, in regardless of their opinion,
3. Comment them softly, in hope that they do get what you mean.
4. Rant and rant!
5. Release your stress after work, running at gym and downing and gulping that pint of beer.

Malaysia Pizza Hut and Racism

I have lost faith and lost my little scratch of hope of what will be my future like in Malaysia. The reason why i voice out this issue, is just an opinion of what i perceived it is, of what is going to happen in the future for our so-called race "chinese" and skin color in Malaysia.

It might not be true. It maybe true. This is just a story.

What next – maybe they can buy petrol cheaper and do not have to pay toll – just flash a songkok or something at the smart tag lane and go through free!

Hello everyone. I have some interesting news. I was in Pizza Hut (Sunway Pyramid) yesterday and suddenly my friend showed me the bill.

The bill contains normal things la (number of person, bill. number and what is ordered). But, what shocked me is that they had space called ' RACE ' .I guess since we were all wearing tudung, they labelled us as 0, which means MALAY.. Later, when we went to pay…we had no service charge and no tax charge.

Still in shock, I peeped into another bill in the counter. In that bill, under the race space, it was labelled as C (which I guess means Chinese). That bill had service and tax charges!!! I started investigating.. One of my Sri Lankan friends was labelled as Indian it seems and she also had to pay service and tax charges a few weeks back. What I ' m wondering is that…does anyone know about this? I find it rather strange that they charge service and tax charge using racein Pizza Hut, out of all the places!

WE SHOULD NOT GO EAT AT PIZZA HUT!

But, what i hate the most, in the bigger picture, is that no-one in the government and people of higher position in the power do anything to prevent and protect the minorities in Malaysia. The races of Chinese, Indians and etc, who are so-called as "pendatang" or immigrants in Malaysia, in the context of the government, will be forever bullied and harassed emotionally and financially.

Aren't we Malaysians who holds Malaysian passport and i am a MALAYSIAN and borned in MALAYSIA. For god sake. I do not really discriminate my fellow friends, in regardless of skin colors and races, for which ever belief and religion they hold. We are progressing in the new era going through the new millennium in the 21st century and here we are, still stuck in the era of "races". Your race or my race kinda mentality.

What would be the future outlook of our people, in regardless of races in Malaysia? Our talents are determined by our skin color and races? Due to that our ancestors comes from China? WTF?

Don't the government realised in this globalization and worldwide economic is coming down on us and one of the way to move forward is to learn from our neighbour, Singapore, who is by far smaller country without much natural resources but still able to move ahead in the global economy, regionally? Talent and people are one of the biggest investment that can propelled any company, organization and countries ahead!

At least i know that, if i have the talent and the skills necessary to excel in the market and contribute to the citizens, i should be more patriotic and come back to motherland and make good use of it? But, what is the general perception of the overall Malaysians in regards to their future in Malaysia?

No. I am being pooled and categorized under my race, a chinese. Even in Pizza Hut.

How the hell, am i going to convince myself that i have a bright future in Malaysia? Please enlighten me ....

p.s: I know that American has this problem about racism as well. Its just that the government and the politicians somehow somewhat rather might come out and says that minorities human rights as being looked up as well. Obama is now the 1st black president of the United States of America. Changes, people!

p.s2: I know that UK has this problem as well. But do you know that, they are being treated with respect as a HUMAN rather than categorizing them under RACES. Try talk to any policeman in UK and they are most likely to treat you as a human not "you chinese?"

I am wondering. What will his future looks like? What do you think? I think these are the few scenarios:

1. His family will live happily ever after

2. Many fellow friends, distance relative will appear to be "very friendly" to them

3. Many will ask for their help, "borrowing" without returning, with soppy story

4. Internal struggles within family, to get their piece of action, family fights among each another, back stabbing and killing each other for that 1 million ringgit

5. Robbers, thiefs and villians will target them asking for ransom

6. This winner, will be broke, after 10-15 years due to lack of knowledge in handling the $$$ properly, results from taking too much risks such as investments, mutual funds, and shares

7. None of the above

Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, i salute!

I was reading about this piece of classic and gutsy news and i want to shout something about it. I admire his guts and his courage, to voice out his opinion, not fearing overstabbing from his fellow comrades in UMNO.

I like what he commented. Former de facto Law Minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has hit back at three Umno supreme council members who asked him to apologise over remarks he made about Ketuanan Melayu (Malay supremacy). He was the only Malay politician that i admire and i dare to say, salute.

You see, he quited his job as Law Minister, by his own choice, when he feels and thinks that he no longer have the power to change the rules and regulation within the country. He does the "right thing" even though, no one forces him to do that. He even quit the posts of senator, a post he requires if he is to be elected as a law minister. He quoted, since that he quited the post of law minister, might as well, he quits the position as senator.

Our dear Pak Lah, even quoted, his has the right attitude for doing that. As opposed to the normal malay lazy culture, much of them, will hang around with their title as datuk and ministers of some sort, sitting there becoming fatter, eating more while wearing that gold Rolex, doing nothing good in particular except criticizing the other races and say something about "ketuanan melayu".

Our culture in Malaysia has been going backwards due to these people. Backwards thinking. Act and response just to protect their own ass and their own position as so-called Datuk or Minister. My ass minister, cannot even get 1 thing done, but demanded this package and that salary with that benefit.

This stem from the lack of leadership, from Pak Lah, if i am not wrong, to criticize him for the lack of power, the lack of influence and the lack of leadership.Not strong nor powerful enough to make that changes to sack that fella and demote that fella, for the fear of no 1 to elect him for the position of president of UMNO.

The lack of leadership from the top management resulting in the mediocre and non-performing middle management (ministers), stalling of Malaysian growth. Stupidity! What to do? The top management like some ministers embroiled in the changing over of near-by-future positions, everyone want to get that piece of pie, UMNO youth chief and the nation PM. Ai! Hilarious if you ask me.

Everyone suffering in one way or another in the livelihood, the way of hardship being a Malaysian, scratching day and scratching night for that 2 meals, while some ministers smiles and bashing each another in the word of "ketuanan melayu". Talking about electing your own ministers for the parliament.

I tell you, the government system in our country is all wrong. You feel it in your heart and you feel it in your fingers. Crappy system!

Poor = Miserable?

I was reading this article about this kid in Henan, China. This kid just stands outside the classroom windows clinging onto it, so that she can learns the lesson teached by the teacher. Can you imagine how pity is her? Read about ther story in here.

Is her life like this because the life she was borned into? A migrant and peasant family? Or is it she is suffering due to the politics of people, not letting her to admit to the class, without any sense of compassion from the teacher nor the headmaster? Or is it that she was the daughter of this street peddler that she is not educated and poor, without having any $$$ to pay for tuition fees?

Just imagine if you are at the shoes of them? Just imagine that how it would feels like to be in their shoes? Wouldn't it be VERY NEGATIVE and full of gloomy world? How can they survive in a world like this? Someonce told me before, your life is decided the moment you are born. I agree 100% to it, no doubt.

What would you do about it? To help people like them, the kid who desperates for food and education. I am emotionally disturb now and i wanna cry!

Leadership: Wen Jiabao and Peter Drucker

Premier Wen Jiabao and President Hu Jintao are both government officials that i respect a lot. Both of them are the governmental figures in China, head of the modern China that represents China to the world and to 1.3billion chinese citizens.

I read this statement from danwei.org; a quote from Premier Wen Jiabao about his beliefs.

In his speech, Wen reviewed the progress of the relationship between China and the US. He also commented on the milk scandal, saying "entrepreneurs should have morality running in their veins." And in a review of his career as Premier, he remarked on the legacies he wants to leave behind when his tenure is over:

First, never flinch in the face of disaster but face it square-on. Be strong, courageous, and confident to lead the people to conquer difficulties. Second, the government should have no special powers apart from being a clean, responsible, dedicated servant of the people. Power belongs to people and is for the people....I hope after I die, people would remember me for sticking to these principles.

If we can have these leaders in our government today, then i believe that our Malaysia will not have so much of these political tension, racism, races hatred and other much problems that we are facing right now. At least by then, the leaders will be able to focus on to the bigger pictures, the bigger goals, to develop Malaysia to be a 1st class country. Not a 1st class infrastructure but 3rd world mentality citizens.

How can we expect the middle management and the average Malaysians today to behave and think, when the top management and the leaders are so corrupted in their mentality. It comes from the top. If our very top guys, is being pointed for lack of leadership, for creating scandals such as sexual, blowing up Mongol model, favourism and bla bla, how can we as an average Malaysian have ANY faith at all?

I believe the lack of leadership is what Malaysia is facing right now. A leader whereby, he/she regardless of race but determine by the ability and credentials, is crucial for our progress. Peter Drucker has the most awesome examples how a leader should be. Go google or read here.

These are some of the finest examples from the legendary, Peter Drucker, rest in peace.

1. Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results not attributes.

2. Executives owe it to the organization and to their fellow workers not to tolerate nonperforming individuals in important jobs.

3. Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.

4. Most discussions of decision making assume that only senior executives make decisions or that only senior executives' decisions matter. This is a dangerous mistake.

5. Rank does not confer privilege or give power. It imposes responsibility.

There are more of these principles available anywhere in the internet and library. So instead of influencing our dearest "melayus" to mingle with politics and racial hatred, please ask them to read and understand more about these principles of a PROPER leadership and how other developing country runs their nation to become successful!

2 example WHY Malaysia is HOPELESS

But what this stupid Syed Hamid says is that, don't interfere with other government dept. Stupid! Read the following statement from Syed about his pure stupidity.

This dear minister of our own has so some twisted mind that he is more twisted than the joker (from the movie Dark Knight). At least in Dark Knight, the joker has some mental illness as an excuses and did not use ISA and races issues as his agenda.

This fat fart is so twisted, until he can instruct ISA to arrest people. People that i believe has no direct harm to the country, eg terrorists and bombers, can now be arrested including a political blogger, an MP (representative of rakyat Malaysia) and a journalist. He is also a racial player and full of hate within him after reading his article and his quote. He like to use racial agenda and can still pretend to be a political straight and a professional. What i think he is?

He is just a fat fart, who pretends he is very noble and acted behalf of ISLAM and BN "islamic ONLY" government, who got promoted to this fucking position and he uses his fucking power and authority to capture anyone that he thinks is incorrect or wrong. Penang: Gerakan and Bkt Bendera

Another fiasco with the race issue in Malaysia. As usual, it involved politics and mind tinkering from the politicians in Penang. This time involves this Bukit Bendera MP versus Gerakan party, a component within Barisan National. Of course, races issue and insensitivity is one of the topics and subject as well. Racial discrimination is rampant in Malaysia. Read more in Malaysiakini and Malaysiatoday.

Check out this piece of world class news in the star about the whole fiasco here. Those added statements and the reaction from the crowd astonish me the most. These are the few:

1. He from UMNO party blaming Gerakan party, which is a component party of BN, for the racial issues and be responsible for all the tensions in Malaysia. Character problems and racial discrimination are his "strength". Anything else are just bullshit, IMHO. Blamers!

2. He repeatedly refuse to apologize to the public and chinese citizen, claiming Chinese are not Malaysian (indirect meaning anyway) and are just passing through the country only. I mean, i was born in Malaysia and i am proud to say to my friends, French, Aussies, Kiwis, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans and etc, that i am indeed a Malaysian! Do i claim myself to be a Chinese Malaysian? Or perhaps 2nd class chinese Malaysian? NO! I am anak Malaysia! WTF is wrong with the upper management in government? Fuck!

3. The crowds that with him during the speech are mind blowing act. I will be fearful and run for my life if i am there. I will cold sweat, profusely. They thumped the table and shouted, "Hidup Melayu!", which means, long live the Malay! How about the Chinese and Indians and the minorities? Hide behind the bush la. Where else?

4. They tear of Gerakan leader poster, Mr Koh. The sign of disrespectful and insensitive to another person, in regardless of races and positions. This act is inhuman. This act is similiar to barbarian living in the jungle thumping his chest. Shouting names of enemies. Disrespectful and no sense of a common human. C'mon. Mr Koh has a mother as well. He is just a person. In that, we have to respect him, as a person, in regardless of what he do in his job. Politics!

I mean, what the fuck is wrong with them anyway? Can't they just work together for the sake of the nation. Is playing politics only the way of moving forward? Can't they be more professional in their job?

C'mon. If they are to work in corporate, they will be the black sheep and fire from their ass long long time ago for the longest time. How the hell, with their attitude, mind playing, politics playing are going to survive in the corporate industry?

I really believe the only way for our nation to move forward is to use professional and corporate approach in moving our nation forward. MPs and decision makers are to make decisions for the country in the parliment. Nothing else. Maybe perhaps going down to the rakyat everyday and help those in need.

Let those business decisions, management decisions and everyday day to day work be done by professionals. Hire those competent person, with education, good attitude, good character, positive and good in their job to run the country. Run it like a Fortune 500 company. Bring the best talent and best management working together for a common goal and a common objective of the country. Let these management team think and do it. For long term, for a better future.

If they are incompetent, sack them. If they are good, promote them. Like what corporate does. Look at Singapore. Look at how they run the country. All their ministers are university graduates? They have the ability and mindset to move the country. Look at our Malaysian ministers. Incompetent, politics player, racial insensitive and war mongering.

There are no hope for us in Malaysia. Unless, some drastic movement is being made.

Fear, Selfishness and Preservation

I am really sad, angry and feeling frustrated! Especially again, after reading total bullshitness from our situation in Malaysia. Reading the stories and yet again articles of the scenarios of the situation back home really makes me weep and feeling sad.

I still remembered those times that i have during my primary school. I hang out and played with my friends from all races, ranging from chinese, muslims, bumis, indians, boys and girls together having the fun of our lifes. Only until after i grew up, and then i realised that the big problem is out there in the society.

I mean, everyone in Malaysia, realised this issue from the beginning of times. How come they did not do anything to make it better? Instead, they make more rules and constitutions that goes backwards in order to protect their uniqueness and identity in the world. The leaders and rule makers makes decisions based on their uniqueness, which is rich, lands and rights. Its what they define as preservation.

I believe the decisions are made based on fear. Like any other races and societies, rules are made to protect themselves from the invasion of other races. Its the 101 dummies guide to survival. Its the way to protect their lands, religious rights, control over the government, control over the country and their next generations.

It is the oldest story in the book. Look at how the rich protect themselves during the peasant times in Great Britain. Recalled back the times during the church were in control during those times as well. Woman are considered as threat, hence, the witch hunt. Armies and churches ordered the killing of females or witch.

All these makes sense. I would do that if i live in their shoe. Why share my golds with others? Selfishness, preservation, fear and control makes my decision way easier. It is just that i am borned indifferently from my peers, from bumis races, in Malaysia makes me a minority over my fellow Malaysian make me frustrated.

UiTM fiasco

Updated: Khalid Ibrahim quoted this," The statement is made in the context to uplift the quality of Malay students through tertiary education in a borderless world where it would give them better job opportunities." Such a brilliant statement. From someone, who thinks big and business point fo view.

Ask businessman and corporate sector in Malaysia, why they do not wish to hired Malay graduate. You bet majority of them would answer you this, the quality and knowledge of these students are totally rubbish and not applicable to the REAL world! Lazy, limited knowledge with suck-to-the-ass attitude. Only because of the government sets a quota that these company have to hired bumis, thats why, there are bumis graduate working in the corporate sector.

This will be my 2nd blog and 1st posting. I wish to separate my own personal blogs for different purposes. This particular blog is to vent my frustration and anger to those scumbags and arseholes of the fucking shitty politicians in my fucking shitty country *pardon me for my strong and choice of language*

But, is there no freaking fucking brain in our fucking little shitty fucking government?

Please help yourself and read on those news on our papers daily, namely The Star and NST. Bugger! You can die laughing at the fucking response given my these shitty arseholes. Read the article in Channel News Asia about Malaysian PM vetoes call to open university to non-Malays and his nonsense public statement. Read further more at the bottom of the link, and you will find a bigger joke from a joker. He is no other than UITM vice-chancellor Ibrahim Abu Shah.

He commented that he found it "weird" that the chief minister, being a Malay leader himself, should have made the suggestion. "Abdul Khalid as a leader should think before making such a statement and not betray his own race," he said according to the New Straits Times. What the fuck is his fucking problem? Own race?

OoooOOOooooOOOOoo! Sorry! I forgot. Malaysia now is all about races and religions. its not about progressive improvement as A NATION to achieve WAWASAN 2020. So other religions and races is minority races and its not important anymore for the growth of Malaysia as a whole. So now, Malaysia is about being malay, NOT malaysian. OK~ Cool. Totally understood.

What is his fucking brain consists of? Politics and races. Not educations, not Malaysia, not future. Just Malays, rights, bumiputera, politics and races. Perhaps afterlife in heaven. I am so fucking disappointed at the conditions of the brains of Malaysian leaders. They have no sensitivity nor the ability to think in macro. What they can think of is justice and rights.

I believe that this problem is a deep engraved mindset problem that has been in Malaysian people since long long time ago. Politics and leaders from government uses this tactics to win the so-called democratic government every 4 years. So that, they can have further 4 years more of nice pleasurable job as a minister.

Malays, Chinese and Indians are totally not united at root levels. Uneducation and simple mind are easier to be brainwashed. Just give some speeches and motivational talks to educate them about races and rights of Malay is enough to bring their anger to the roof. Give them a little incentives such as gatherings and status such as Mat Rempit makes them feel more special. More privileged.

Back to the story, does Chinese or Indians have any says in that piece of news? Did any of our chinese ministers or indians ministers said anything about having that extra 10% in the seats allocations in UiTM? The answer is NO. Chinese and Indians in Malaysia has learn long time ago that there is no point in fighting against this regime of stupid government. They do not listen to us...... ........ ......... They will only listen to the Malays. Chinese and Indians are like 2nd class citizens in Malaysia. Thus, as you can see, we as chinese and indian race do not even bother to ask about these questions to the government. Questions such as 10% seats allocation in university is as if of asking the PM to be a chinese. Hahahahaha.

The questions is asked by a real hero in Malaysia. The chief minister of Selangor state, Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, an opposition leader and a Malay, is also a successful corporate leader before he join politics. He has the experience and eye sight to see the macro picture of the current situation. He thinks big and he makes big action. I can guarantee if you elect and nominate him to become our prime minister, 20 years down the road, Malaysia will definitely become brighter.

He only SUGGESTS that 10% of the enrollment to be open to non-bumi, namely chinese, indian and other minority, and then the uproar begins. Students from UiTM, vice-chancellor and even our dear own PM, Pak Lah, comes out and critizised his SUGGESTIONS! Students have protests and gatherings saying that they lose their rights! WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?

10% and you lose your rights? *please go on and check with your brain, if you have any?*

From what i see, logical point of view, its does makes sense to implement this:

1. Create 10% for non-bumis, only will increase the competitiveness, thus ensuring that students to study harder and try harder.

2. At least, MALAYSIAN's have a slight chance to enter this higher learning institution, regardless of Malay, Chinese, Indian and other races.

3. At least, the news is there, globally and regionally, that Malaysia is progressing as a nation of multiraces and multireligion, that we as MALAYSIAN are fair and equal!

4. At least, other races "thinks" they have an opportunity to enter this UiTM, at least! Rather than giving up the hope at all.

5. Malays, Chinese, Indians and other races at least, as Malaysian, can have this opportunity to work together and study together!

What you need to sacrifice is 10% of the enrollment spaces, which is NOT EVEN guaranteed that other races, are eligible to enter. UiTM can still secretly enroll 99.99% of bumis, as always, as normal practice. What the fuckers did was announce to the WHOLE FUCKING WORLD about this piece of news!

Haven't Malaysia have enough troubles and bad news yet to announce? Sodomy cases, Mongolian model cases that has no end, murders, rapes and politics that gives nothing but laughter and negative impression of Malaysia's image. Even, Najib still dare to comes out and announced to the world that,"business is as usual in Malaysia".

No wonder foreign companies invests anywhere in ASEAN except Malaysia. The only thing why DELL and AMD have yet to leave Penang is because they have invested heavily last time during Dr.M's time.

I am really feeling sorry for myself now being a Malaysian.
